VMC Short Sickle Hooks

Here are two short hooks I buy to tie Foam Divers on.  Short hooks are in demand from bait fishermen because the hold fish the best.  There ate lots of very good short hooks out there.  VMC has at least two grades of steel. The vanadium alloy in hooks like the 9356BN makes the strongest hooks anywhere.  You can only barely bend them with pliers, you can not cut them with diagonal pliers.  The carbon steel in the 9287 is about average.  The points are very sharp.
