They are soft with lots of movement when threaded onto a small jig head and twitched under a float.  White, Pink, Pink Shad, Chartreuse, and Chartreuse Shad all work well with a Glow Silver Jig Head size #6, 1/32 or 1/48 oz.  The #8, 1/64 oz heads work well if the front of the worm is cut back 1/2 inch. 

Try Natural Brown on a Pink Jig Head.  The smaller  1/64 oz  size#8 heads work well if the front of the worm is cut back 1/2 inch.
