Bubble Egg Brite Colors #8, 6, 4

The most effective yarn egg fly and the best egg fly to fish under a bobber.  If the fish are reluctant, a Bubble Egg will get hit more.  Size #6 is often the best size in average conditions.  Choose this pattern on one hook size larger than other yarn egg patterns.  It needs to be stored in a box where each hook can be safely held in foam so one barbed hook cannot become tangled in the yarn bubble of other flies.  I tie them so the outer bubble just lets a little of the bright inner color show through.
