Bead Chain eyes make lighter versions of patterns tied with lead or brass dumbbell eyes.  They fish shallower and with a slower vertical swimming motion as they are twitched or retrieved with short strips.  They can be the right choice with more timid fish in shallow water or to imitate Species with swimming nymphs, Hexes, Isonychia, Brown Drakes, Damsel nymphs or Leaches.
