The 5230 #8 to #14 have a wider gap and some curve in point and shank. 

The 5220 #8 to #4 is regular gap, straight point and straight shank. 

5218 Barbed version of 5220   #6 and #4 

The 5240 #12 to #18 is 2Xwide, light wire with a short curved shank and point.

Tungsten Slotted or Counter Drilled Beads as well as Brass Beads will fit these hooks:

5230 Size #8 = 5.0 to 4.0mm,  #10 = 4.5 or 4.0mm, #12 = 4.0 or 3.5mm, #14 = 3.5 or 3.0mm
