These beads are very good for Steelhead.   Make your own by putting a lite coat of Nail Polish on a GloWhite Bead, then put a small spot of a contrasting color. 

They have small holes and peg easily.  Peg the bead 1.5 to 2 inches ahead of the hook.  Try a #6 Egg Hook for 8mm beads and #4 Egg Hooks behind 10mm beads.
